Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Any individuals(s)/Firm(s)enlisted in e-GP portal(http://www.eprocure.gov.bd) who fulfill(s) the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Other Condition of Tender Documents. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 1.28 Lac under 01 (One) of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.28 Lac over the last 05 (Five) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.55 Lac. 5. The minimum capacity shall be:Tk 1.80 Lac. 6. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in Bangladesh. 7. Tenderrs shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh 8. Tenders and all parties constitutions the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest.
