Eligibility of Tenderer :	The tenderer shall have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works and a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (Building construction works by sandwich panel) as specific experience at least minimum work order value of Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakhs) in a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any organization. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Ten-derers who have experience of building construction without sandwich panel should submit a legal agreement with sandwich panel manufacturer/ supplier to ensure the execution of works. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Five Lakhs). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certif-icate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangla-desh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms; The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 12,50,000.00 (Twelve Lakhs Fifty Thousand) during the last 5 years; The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender; Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.

Similar works means Construction of pump house (Civil works) having legal contract with sandwich pannel supplier or any kind of house constructed by Sandwich pannel only in any Government or semi government or autonomous organization.
