The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least single contract(s) of Flexible pavement (including Earth Work, Widening, Strengthening, DBS Base / Wearing Course, RCC Box Culvert, Protective work, etc.) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last seven (07) years, each with a value of at least Tk. twenty (20.00) crore. [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) lot, this qualification requirements, only when applicable, shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package] The Tenderer or JVCA lead partner must satisfy the above mentioned work experience. (i) In case of JVCA, all the other Partners of JVCA individually must have the experience of successful completion of similar type of Flexible pavement work (including Earth Work, Widening, Strengthening, DBS Base / Wearing Course, RCC Box Culvert, Protective work, etc.) for an amount of minimum Tk. five (5.00) Crore in a single contract over a period of 7(seven) years. [if partners fail to submit such experience certificate, the tender will be declared non-responsive]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Website. [Partial/Substantial/incomplete work certificate of a project/work shall not be accepted]. (ii) The Tenderer or JVCA Partner outside Bangladesh must satisfy the above mentioned work experience or above mentioned work experience outside Bangladesh.
