1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of a nature, complexity and methods/construction technology similar to the proposed Works in at least a number of three contract(s) and of a minimum total value for three contract(s) or individual tk 150.00 lakh over the period of last five years. Only BC road. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 350.00 Lakh over the last [05] years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 Lakh 5. For the unbalanced less Quoted tender, rate analysis of specific item will be submitted with the tender, Otherwise the tender will be rejected.
6. Salvaged Materials Cost Tk. 78,64,410.00, deducted for contractor bill.
