Eligibility of Tenderer :	(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms/Organization/Authorized agent who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in the supply of Electrical Goods and related services. (B) Satisfactory completion of supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of similar nature of electrical Goods worth not less than Tk. 5.00 ( Five) lakh only in a single work order in government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of PrivateOrganization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization)of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt./AutonomousBodies/Private Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (C) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 5.00 (Five) lakh. D) Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate E) Updated ABC/BC category contractory & supervisory license issued form Electrical Licensing Board. F) All other required conditions as mentioned in tender documents must be fulfilled.
