The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6.44 lac (six lac forty four thousand) best 5 (five) years over the last 10 (ten) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5.37 lac ( five lac thirty seven thousand) lac.
