• Only Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5 (five) years general experience in the supply of related goods and services will be eligible for the tender.
• The satisfactory completion of supply of specific Goods (only uPVC Air Vents and related fittings) of minimum 80,00,000 (Eighty Lakh) taka at a single contract in the last 03 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 1,00,00,000 (One Crore). The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) for at least in a single day not before 26-08-2018.
• ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems in respect of manufacturing of uPVC Pipe.
• The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
• All completion certificate for general experience, specifiq experience and turn over enclosed with tender document must have issued by the Government/Semi-Government organization or any autonomus body/organization of Government.
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
