• Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion Certificate.
• Contractors/Construction firms who have the specifiq experience of the construction of uPVC Buried Pipe Line for irrigation purpose having a satisfactory completion certificate at least the minimum value of Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac taka at a single contract during the last 5 (Five) years. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of executive grade;
• The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.  7.00 (Seven) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form of tender and contract forms;
• The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lac during the last 5 years;
• Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
• All completion certificate for general experience, specifiq experience and turn over enclosed with tender document must have issued by the Government/Semi-Government organization or any autonomus body/organization of Government.
• The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.

Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)
Where
A=Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

Note: The tenderer shall have to provide information about existing commitments and works to be completed during the next one year. Any wrong information will liable to non-responsiveness of the Tenderer.
