Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. (b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 1,68,00,000.00 (One Crore Sixty Eight Lac Only) under summation of maximum 1 (One) numbers of contracts over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,35,00,000.00 (Three Crore Thirty Five Lac Only) over the last 5 (Five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie Bank Statement or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 56,00,000.00 (Fifty Six Lac Only) (Bank Statement or Credit Facilities issued not more than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract. ).
