a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participate in the Procurement Processes. b) Having experience in successful completion of at least one number of similar nature building construction works not less than Tk.58.00 [fifty eight] lac only in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years (FY-2013-14 to 2017-18) supported with work order. c) The Tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk.255.00 lac over the last 5 (five) years(FY-2013-14 to 2017-18) (Total amounting Tk.255.00x5=1275.00) Lac.
d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.50.00 ( fifty ) lac in the form of PW3-7 (only) mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate (Original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 28 (twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached. In case of credit facilities, conditional Bank certificate treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted. The minimum credit facilities shall be available up to the completion of the work. e)The tenderer must possess : f) up to date income Tax clearance, valid 9 digit VAT Registration, Up to date trade license certificate., National ID g) The provisions laid down in the PPA 2006 & the public procurement Regulations 2008 shall be strictly compliance.
