As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS): N:B:The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender:
1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). 2.The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. 3. In case of line of credit it must be submitted at per prescribed format PW2(a) -3. 4. In case of credit facilities, it must be sanctioned and sufficient amount must be unspent. 5. In case of liquid asset certificate & Bank statement must be submitted. 6. In all cases certificates must be collected from Bank after publication of Tender. 7. JV is not allowed in participating in tender. 8. Tender Security in the form of Bank guarantee will not be allowed.
