Eligibility of Tenderer :	Bangladeshi National All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. 1. All the tenderers, participating in this tender, shall mention full name of their business firm for both individual or joint venture participation. 2. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less/above than the Offiial Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive. 3. In case of JVCA Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement etc) in favour of percent share among the all Joint Venture partners 4. A list of year-wise breakdown of turnover must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates, tender will not be evaluated. 5. Tenderer must use Asphalt Batching Plant for Bituminous Work. Tenderer also must submit the ownership/lease/hire documents/agreements of their plants & equipments 6. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred. Instructions/Conditions regarding Tenderer Data Management System(TDMS) given vide memo no. 215 ,CE,RHD Dated: 06.08.17 shall be integral part of this tender.
