Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. (b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 2,25,00,000.00 (Two Crore Twenty Five Lac Only) under summation of maximum 1 (One) numbers of contracts over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7,00,00,000.00 (Seven Crore Only) over the last 5 (Five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie Bank Statement or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lac Only) (Bank Statement or Credit Facilities issued not more than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract. ). (e) Personnel Capacity & Equipment List state in the TDS.
