Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderer must have following qualifications: 1) General Experience 5 years. 2) Specific Experience (Similar Work Experience) of Tk 48.50 Lacs of a single work order of at least one contract. 3) Liquid Asset of Tk 46 Lacs. 4) Average Annual Construction Turn Over of Tk. 300Lacs over last 5 years. 5) Any tender more than 10% above or more than 10% less than the engineers estimate must be considered as Rrejected/Non Responsive [as per 2016 Rule No -37, Article No-7, Sub Article no-3]. 6) In case of same quoted price of the tenderer responsiveness and evaluation performed as per rules and in no case lottery should not be executed. [as per 2016 Rule No -37, Article No-7, Sub Article no-4].
