Eligibility of Tenderer :	All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. 1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements a) A minimum general construction experience of 10 (Ten) years. b) Specific experience of Road work in a single contract of minimum value of Tk. 29.00 Crore (Twenty nine crore) complete withen last 5 years including (i) Agree gate base Type-1 and (ii) DBS surfacing work. c) Tender Capacity Tk. 36.60 Crore (Thirty six crore sixty lac) only. d) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Tk 48.82 Crore (Forty eight crore eighty two lac) for the last 5 years. e) Minimum Liquid asset of Tk 6.80 Crore (Six crore eighty lac) Only. 2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 10% less or above than the official estimate then the tender shall be non-responsive. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: 1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS. 2. Qualification information and evidences {such at work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.} of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluated the tenders digitally within short period of time. 3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the infromation provided in the e-GP system shall prevail. 4. A Tenderer not having sufficient infromation in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible. 5. Evaluatin sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC. And all other criteria stated in the TDS.
