The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following: a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01(one) similar nature of works of amount not less than TK. 3.65 lac in a single work during last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/Organization. b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 30.00 lac over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. c) The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 07.00 lac. d) Minimum tender capacity Tk. 5.0 lac. e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. f) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
g) Required Valid A,B,C category electrical contractors and supervisory license from electrical licensing board Government of Bangladesh. h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
