Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) A minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in similar nature of works. b) The minimum specific experience of similar works at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years each with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed. c) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk.80.00 (eighty) Lac during last 5(Five) Years. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25.00 (twenty five) lac only. e)The minimum tender capacity shall be tk.70.00(seventy) Lac only. f) Valid Trade License g) TIN Certificate h) VAT Certificate i) A, B, C class contractor and supervisory license provided by the electric licensing board j) Up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR. k) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC, PCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
