a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services minimum of 03 (three) years;
(II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 60.00 lakh under 01(one) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 years.
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 70.00 Lakh issued after September'2018;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) Up-to-date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate;
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(IX) Sample of 03 (three) pcs Jersey Pullover (deep green) must be submited to the Prisons Directorate as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
