Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. (b) The minimum specific experience in CCTV supply successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,75,000/- (Two lac seventy five thousand) only. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5,00,000/- (Five lac) only over the last 5(Five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5,00,000/- (Five lac) only. submitted in from PG2-4 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive. (e) Upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate. (f) Tenderer must have Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory licence issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (g) If any tenderer's submitted rate is below or above 20% of the Engineer's estimated cost then he/she must have to submit item wise analysis referencing any reputed company. (h) Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
