a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation; b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded; (I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services minimum of 03 (three) years; (II) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 17.00 lakh under one (1) contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years. (III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 20.00 Lakh issued after June'2018; (IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License; (V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate; (VI) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate; (VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier); (VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company); (IX) Sample of 03 (three) pcs Woolen Beret Cap & Lanyard must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
