Eligibility of Tenderer :	i. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. ii. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 03 (three) numbers supply contract of similar goods and related services within last 05(five) years. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. iii. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk.4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore) only under maximum 02(two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. vi. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk.4,20,00,000.00 (Four Crore Twenty Lac) only. v. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.13,00,000.00 (Taka Thirteen Lakh only). vi. Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor authorization Letter is required for all the items. vii. ISO certificate of the manufacturer should be submitted with the tender viii. The Tender shall have to be submitted the original catalogue and brochure with the tender. ix. Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc. Special Instruction: i. Cost for Related Services such as transportation, installation and service during warranty period (or as mentioned in e-PG3-4), etc. are to be inclusive with the quoted rate mentioned in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-3A). Hence, quotation for related services must not be required separately. However, only for system requirement, you are requested to quote in Form e-PG3-3B unit price, for example 0.001.
