This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mention below :
(a) General experience: Reputed contractors/ Bonafide firms who have minimum 8 years working experience in IT Sector( Hardware and software).
(b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of similar nature of works amounting minimum Taka 15.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years.
The above experiences/work certificate for successfully completion of similar nature works shall have to issued by:
(i) in case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
(c) The Firm must be a member of a government recognized ICT Association BASIS and Bangladesh Computer Shamiti.
(d)The firm must have certificate of incorporation.
(e)The firm must have their own personnel and official set up.
(f) Average annual construction turn over during the last five years in Taka 15.00 Lac
(g)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 7.50 Lac.
(h) Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
(i) All Other qualification, Terms & Conditions described in TOR (Section-8 of Tender Data sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
