1. Enlisted Contractor of BADC or from any other government agency, division, autonomous, semi-autonomous body or corporation who have a) valid trade license with up to date renewal. b) Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate. c) VAT registration Certificate. 2. Minimum amount of liquid asset is 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh). Regarding this purpose only Bank statement (from the date of publishing the tender in web site to the date of submission of tender by the tenderer) will be consider. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Five Lakh) over the last three (3) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 4. A satisfactory completion of canal excavation/re-excavation works of at least Taka 12,00,000/- (Twelve Lakh) under single number of contract over a period of last 3(three) years counting backward from the date of publishing the tender shall be required.
Re-Excavation of Khal/canal by using excavator according to approve pre work drawing and design maintaining proper slope with leveling, dressing and compaction of excavated soil to embankment providing cross dam if necessary and pumping & bailing out water from khal at any upazila of the project area (Package No: Works-04, Lot No: 23).
