• The general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor should be minimum 8 (Eight) years and should be a First class contractor under Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization.
• Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc.
• The minimum experience as a Contractor in Building Construction works of at least 02 numbers of similar 06-Storied building with pile foundation during the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization. Out of these two buildings one must be with partially fair face/as cast. Contract value of one of those two above mentioned buildings not less than Taka 16,50,00,000.00 (Taka Sixteen Crore Fifty Lakh Only).
• The above mentioned experience should be certify by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Head of the Institute. Tenderer’s who have the experiences in constructing Hospital/Laboratory building will get priority. Tenderer's should have experience in fire detection and alarm system, fire hydrant system etc. in multistoried building.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12,50,00,000.00 (Taka Twelve Crore Fifty Lakh Only). The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk. 33,00,00,000.00 (Thirty three Crore Only) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
• Special Instruction:

In case of credit line, Specific Format which is attached in Section:8 (Particular Specifications), must be used. Only for system requirement, you are requested to quote unit price in e-PW3, Section 6, Form Name- "Schedule of Day Works" . For example, unit price is 0.001. Once it is quoted will not be considered in total quoted amount.
