Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer a) The Tenderer shall have experience of similar works of minimum Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh under single contract in any Govt./ Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization within the immediate last 3 (Three) financial years. The work order and completion certificate of the same issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer should be attached with the tender document. b) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. The work order and completion certificates of the completed works during last 5 (five) years should be submitted to calculate average annual turnover. Contractor will have to submit the statement of average annual construction turnover for the said amount / the document submitted. c)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 12.00 (Twelve ) Lakh in last 6 (six) months before published the tender notice. For credit facilities, sanctioned amount of line of credit & up to date balance of line of credit should be clearly mentioned in credit facilities certificate. d) Tenderers must submit up to date trade license (FY 2018-19), up to date.
