Eligibility of Tenderer :	Experience criteria : (a) General experience : Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in eGP. (b) Specific experience:- Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Repair and maintenance work of Road/Construction work of Road of Tk.50.00 (Fifty) lac in a single contract and other condition as per TDS. Financial criteria: (a) Minimum average annual construction turn over :- The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 3 (Three) years of Tk.75 (Seventy five) lac and others condition as per TDS. (b) Liquid asset requirement :- The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities net of the tenderer shall be Tk.35 (Thirty Five) lac only. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contact or reports on the financial standing of the Tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet for the past 3 (Three) years of the entity(s) participating in the Tender, substantiated by Audit Reports as mentioned in TDS.
