All Tenderers must be registered in e-GP system portal fulfil the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial as describe in the TDS ( Tender Data Sheet).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be ten (10) years ( duration counting backward from the date of publication of the tender in the website).
3. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of Samilar work Tk.50.00 lakh successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of the tender in the website
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 480.00 lakh over last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of the tender in the website.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e, working capital or credit line(unconditionally) of the tenderers shall be Tk. 40.00 lakh, which must be supported by necessary papers issued between IFT publication date to Tender closing date. Necessary document of bank statement/savings certificate/line of credit facilities (without any condition) showing the amount shall be submitted along with the Tender.
6. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less/above than the
Official Estimated Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive.
7. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%)
compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2018, then the tenderer must enclose
rate analysis as the RHD standard format .
8. Tenderers shall have to be registered in the TDMS- Database system.
