Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer, who is enlisted with e-GP system portal, can submit the Tender fulfilling the following eligibility criteria: The Tenderer shall have: a) Up-to-date Valid Trade license, Vat and IT Certificate. b) Specific experience of similar work is a single contract of minimum value of Tk. 50.00 Lakh. Work completion certificate from respective Procuring Entity must be submitted along with the Tender. 5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. c) Minimum Liquid Asset of Tk 60.00 Lakh. In case of credit facilities from the Bank it shall clearly be mentioned the name of work and Tender Reference No.The liquid asset or credit facilities certificates from competent authority should be not more than 28 days back from the date of submission. d) The required minimum average annual construction Turnover of Taka 71.00 Lakh over the last 5 years .5 years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers. e) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected as per ITT Clause 30.3. f) The Tenderer Shall submit the "Past Performance Evaluation Criteria for different Aspects" as per ITT Clause 30.4. g) As per amended rules and acts of "PPA 2006 & PPR2008" , In case of multiple Equals, their total Turnover of last five (5) years shall determine the ranking in their Past Performance".Hence the respected bidders are requested to submit their all construction turnover of last five years to evaluate the tender. h)"Tenderer database Management Syatem" software may be used in the evaluation process of this tender. To This end the circular of Chief Engineer, RHD vide memo no. 215 dated 6-8-17 will be considered as an integral part of tender documents.
