Substantially completed contracts may be taken into account, if others criteria are fully met. 02) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka =4,15,000.00 over a period of last 05(five) years. 03) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka =3,55,000.00 [Only the amount supported by the Bank statement, savings instrument(s) and lines of credit, if any, will be taken into account]
