(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 23,00,000.00 ( Twenty Three Lacs only). (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Fourty Lacs only) over the last 05 (Five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 7,50,000.00 (Seven Lacs Fifty Thousand Only). Ã??Ã?Â
