1. The minimum number of years of General Experince of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 02 years. Years will be counted backward from the date of Tender Publication.

2. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5,20,000.00

3. Supply record of the supplier.

4. Bank solvency certificate.

5. The supplier has to be submitted catalogue & details specification of Goods (If any).

6. Manufactures authorization is required. The authorization from channel Partner/Distributor is also acceptable. In that case Manufactures authorization     against Distributor/ channel Partner is required.
