Only Eligible tenderer with following key qualifications may participets in the tender:
1) A similar work satisfactory completion of at least one contract Building construction amounting Tk. 20.00 lacs over the last five years required.
2) Average annual construction turn over ( AACT ) shall be greater than Tk. 28.00 lacs over the last five years required.

3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line (S )as prescribed form of the tenderer shall be Tk.12.00 lacs required
b)Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts / contractual commitments,in case,participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entities.
c)Banking instrument - authenticated by bank statement,savings instrument from any scheduled bank.
d)Working capital - authenticated by recent past Audit Reports.
e)Credit facilities - authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account.
f)Credit line - authenticated by any scheduled bank in the format as specified from no. (Form e-PW2a - ),without alteration.(Uploaded form e-PW2a)
g) Banking instrument or Working capital or Credit facilities or Credit line issued not earlier then 21/05/2015.
