Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additonal documents 1. reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in similar nature of works or building construction works and also having experience in successful completion of at least one number of building construction work amounting tk.11.00(Eleven)Lac. during last five years preceding of the invitation for the tender in single tender in govt./semi govt. /autonomous organization. 2. In case of the work done under other departments except pwd, the authenticating authority shall be the concerned executive Engineer of pwd. 3. the tenderers are required Average annual construction turnover tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac only over the last 5 financial years preceding the date of invitation of the tender, necessary supporting documents from the concerned authority ( work certificate ) shall be submitted with the tender. 4. the minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities shall be tk. BDT 17.00(Seventeen) Lac..as per tds. 5.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be TK. 13.50 (Thirteen point Five Ziro) Lac. 6. tenderer must have up-to-date tin certificate. 7. tenderer must have up-to-date trade license. 8. tenderer must have valid uptodate VAT registration certificate. 9. payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. no completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. 10. All recent amendment of PPR is applicable for the Tender
