| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
(a) Complete Tender Submission Letter (Form e-PW2-l),
(b) Complete Tenderer’s Information (Form e-PW2-2),
(c) Complete Form e-PW2-3 (A) & e-PW2-3 (B),
(d) Minimum 5(five) years general experience in construction works,
(e) At least 1no. of similar nature specific experience in construction works completion certificates within 3(Three) years as construction, re-construction, fabrication & Installation of spud shall be minimum Tk. 8.90 lakh,
(f) Minimum construction turnover in the last 5(five) years is not less than Tk. 160.00 Lakh,
(g) Minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 9.00 Lakh,
(h) key personnel along with their qualification and experience as stated under e-TD,
(i) Major items of construction equipment as stated under e-TD,
(j) Attested copies of trade license, IT, VAT (digital) & others document shall be submitted,
(k) Tender shall be evaluated as per PPR-2008 amendment Act. 10 June 2018,
(l) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate. the tender will be rejected.
(m) Authority to seek references from the Tenderer’s banker’s or any other sources,
