" Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2b-3)" This Form should be use for Liquid Asset and Issuing Date must be before the submission of tender.
Or, If liquid Assets as a form of Bank A/C Statement, it must be within 28 days before the submission of tender and Minimum Liquid Asset must be before the date of printing of Bank account statement.

According to the amendment of PPA-2006 , the tenderers quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be considered as non-responsive.
