Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility: Any Bangladeshi tenderer registered in the e-GP system having the following minimum qualification criteria: 1. The tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. 2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods is minimum Tk. 45,00,000.00 (Tk. Forty Five Lac) under a single contract in the last 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Supply of similar goods means supply, installation, commissioning of web based application and mobile app for any progress monitoring system. 3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: Manufacturer's Production Capacity for web based application and mobile app shall be minimum 20 per year; 4. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required from original manufacturer for web based application and mobile app. 5. Tenderer shall have own build web based application and mobile app for progress monitoring system or shall submit reseller certificate/authorization letter for outsourcing from other supplier. 6. The tenderer shall have ready software tool (preferable built in open source platform) including both web based application and mobile app for Progress Monitoring on real time. 7. Tenderer must demonstrate the software tool during technical evaluation.
