1. Only Local Manufacturer who have- (a) Industrial License of producing uPVC materials. (b) Minimum 5 (five) years manufacturing and supply experience of similar nature of goods
2. Minimum supply value of of 200 mm nominal (outer) dia uPVC pipe and fittings for irrigation in government/semi government/autonomous body/organization under single contract in the last 3(three) years is taka 70,00,000.00 (Seventy lakh).
3.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk.75,00,000. (Seventy Five lakh). 4. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 100000 m of said uPVC pipe/year 5. Upto date Trade license, Vat Registartion, TIN Certificate. 6. ISO certificate for quality of goods etc.
Supply of 200 mm nominal diameter uPVC pipe of minimum wall thickness 3.90 mm and fittings with minimum wall thickness of 4.90mm for 1 cusec LLP underground water distribution system.
