Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: a) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Form e-PG3 - 5). b) A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Lift and related services. c) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger Lift and related services with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 lac in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A). d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 70.00 Lac. e) Update valid Trade License, VAT Certificate,Update income tax clearance certificate from NBR. f) Before shipment the performance test of safety device and quality assurance test of product inspection shall have to be carried out by the manufacturer in presence of 3 nominated persons per lift at the factory premises. All expenditure related to inspector travel, food, accommodation etc will be borne by awarded bidder/manufacturer. g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents and Section 6, Drawings (Sl no 2)
