Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tender Ref. No.: 27.12.4147.034.11.004.15.414 Date: 25/05/2015 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 [Three] years. 2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction of 33/11/0.4/0.23 KV Electrical Distribution Line under a single contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 13 (Thirteen) Lakh. 3) The bidder shall have at least 01 (one) Trained Line Construction Supervisor & 02 (Two) Trained Lineman with experience of climbing SPC/Wooden Pole (without Ladder). Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/ Sem- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal. 4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 26 (Twenty Six) Lakh over the period of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. 5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 5 (Five) Lakh. 6) Other requirement including Tools/Equipment is described in the Tender Document. Tender Security: Tender Security amount will be in the form of Bank Draft/Pay order in favor of PD, 1.8 MCCP BREB, Dhaka from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh (except the Banks debarred by BREB).
