Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additonal documents 1.Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. 2.Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Building Construction works to BDT11.24 Lakh in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. 3. In case of the work done under other departments except pwd, the authenticating authority shall be the concerned executive Engineer of pwd. 4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of BDT 130.00 Lakh. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 17.30 Lakh. as per tds. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 13.00 Lakh. 6. tenderer must have up-to-date tin certificate. 7. tenderer must have up-to-date trade license. 8. tenderer must have valid uptodate VAT registration certificate. 9. payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. no completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. 10. All recent amendment of PPR is applicable for the Tender
