1. Bidders must submit copy of the following documents: i. Ownership certificate of their Institution, ii. Bank solvency certificate, iii. VAT Registration and Income Tax certificate, iv. Experience certificates of similar works. Documents must be attested by the Gov't Officer not below the post of Execuitive Engineer. 2. If any damage occurs during transportation, bidder must bear the cost. Insurance must be issued for transportation of transformer. 3. Bidder must have minimum 02 (two) protection, testing and commissioning engineer (with degree of Bachelor of science in EEE) and required equipments (such as relay testing equipment, other necessary testing set for testing transformer etc.) in order to complete the work or having capacity to hire personnel of such quality and equipments from outside. At the time of tender submission bidder must provide documents depicting details of personnel (such as address, degree certificates, contact number etc.). In case of hire bidder must provide assurance certificate with details (address and contacts of outside institution) and documents of the technical capacity (personnel & required equipments) . All the documents must be attested by the Gov't Officer not below the post of Execuitive Engineer. 4. Award Winning Bidder must provide all equipments required to complete carrying, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer. 5. Completion of this work depends upon approval and getting shutdown. 6. Grid code and other rules have to be maintained for working at Substations. 7. As per ITT-Clause e-Tender security & Performance Security will be prepared by the bank registered with e-GP system in favour of the POWER GRID COMPANY OF BANGLADESH LTD either in the form of a bank draft or pay order.
