1. The work of the packages may be totally/slightly dropped for which No claim will be entertained. 2. Payment will be made subject to allocation & availability of fund. 3.The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost. 4. Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: Detailed list of similar works within the last 5 years duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with supporting documents. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with supporting documents. Detailed list of works in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with supporting documents. Detailed list of works within the last 5 years under any PE of BWDB duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with supporting documents. It is strictly advised to Tenderer not to upload unnecessary, non-relevant & fake documents.
