The Tenderers should be submitted attested copy of import licence with the tender documents. 3. The Tenderer should submit with its tender the following additional document : a. Current Year Trade Licence. (Renew up 2018-19) b. Updated VAT registration certificate . c. E-TIN certificate. d. IRC certificate. e. Bank solvency certificate. f. Recent import documents (LC/Invoice) amounting Tk. At least Taka 10.00 Lakh to be submitted with the tender. g. Full technical information, manufacturers name, brand name, country of origin and grade. h. A Manufacture’s/Principals Authorisation Letter is required for the items listed in Section 7: Schedule of Requirements and technical specification. i. NID for owner of the firm. j.Liquid Asset Value minimum 15 lakh k. Full technical information, manufacturers name, model no. brand name, country of origin etc. l. The Price of Equipment & accessories should be mentioned separately on the prescribed scheduled. m. A certificated of at least one years assistance regarding Maintenance and repairs for spare parts. n. Tender submission sheet/tender information sheet as per format.
