A satisfactory completion of similar work of at least Tk. 12.00 Lac under single number of contract(s) over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Webpage.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.12.00 Lac over the last 05 (Five) years and in its support necessary payment certificate must be submitted along with the Tender. Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Webpage.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 Lac only. The issue date of bank certificate/statement must be within the tender notice date and submission date of the tender by the successful tenderer.
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 15.00 Lac. List of On-going Works / Current Commitment in hand or to be completed within the next one year from the date of publication of IFT shall be submitted along the tender document.
