All tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions as stated in the tender data sheet.
1. A satisfactory completion of similar work at least Tk. 6.00 lac (Six lac) only under single contract over a period of last 5 years.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.9.96 lac (Nine Point Nine Six lac) only over the last 5 years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six lac) only.
(In case of the credit certificate from bank, specific package and name of the work must be shown in the certificate and credit certificate to be issued with official memo no & date of Bank within 14 days before deadline for submission of the tender. No alteration or change in language or condition in Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2b-3).
4. If Tenders quoted price is more than 10%(Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated then Tenderer should submit item wise rate analysis.
5. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP
system with help of online database system-TDMS.
6. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificate,
on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment
list (own or rented), personnel list etc) of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-
GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate
the tenders digitally within short period of time.
7. If there is any confliction information in TDMS and e-GP, the information
provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
8. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the the TEC.
