Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:- a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date ABC & Supervisory license from Electric Licensing Board of Bangladesh. b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience. c) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of 4 (Four) or more storied building construction with minimum 8-storied foundation with pre-cast pile, Sub-station equipments and Lift installation in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 625.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years. d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PW3-7) in Original form) of Tk. 240.00 lac or Account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid asset). Bank statement must issue within 28 days before the date of publication of tender; otherwise it will not be acceptable. e) Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be Tk. 1200.00 Lac (Average of last 5 (five) years) must be authenticated by the concerned D.C Taxes/ NBR authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity. Other formats are not acceptable. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
