The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 25.00 (twenty five) lakh over the last five (5) years (best three (3) years in the last five (5) years). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (fifteen) Lakh. Satisfy other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet.
