Eligibility of Tenderer :	Only Eligible tenderers with following key qualifications may participats in this tender: a)tenders from all eligible countries b)The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction work as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contrator shall be 5 (Five) years. c)The required average annual construction turn over ( AACT ) shall be greater than Tk.40.00 Lakh over the last 5 ( five)years. d)The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contrator in construction works of at least 01(one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last five years each with avalue of at least Tk 40.00 Lakh e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.15.00 Lakh required.
