This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below : a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date ABC/BC Electric & Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience. c) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building construction work with a value of at least Tk. 94.00 Lac in a single contract in Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years. d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PW2a-3) in Original form) of Tk. 72.00 lac or Account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid asset). Bank statement must issue within 28 days before the date of publication of tender; otherwise it will not be acceptable. e) Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be Tk. 145.00 Lac (Average of last 5 (five) years) must be authenticated by the concerned D.C Taxes/ NBR authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity. Other formats are not acceptable. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
