01. As per consent of CPT, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with the help of online database system-TDMS. 02. Qualification information and evidences: (a) Enlisted of e-GP contractors/Suppliers/Manufactures
(b) The contractors/Suppliers/Manufacturers shall have overall experience in the supply of goods and related services at least 5 (five) years.
(c) Specific experience in the supply of similar goods and related services at least 5 (Five) years with supply of minimum 10 lakh of Similar goods in a single lot.
(d) Availability of the minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities is 12 Lakh from a Bank or auditor’s report.
(e) The CV of Technical Person (Engineers)
(f) The Tenderer should submit with its tender the following additional documents (All documents must be attested :(i) Import licence (IRC certificate) (ii) Current Year Trade Licence (iii) VAT registration certificate (iv) TIN certificate (v) Bank solvency certificate (vi) Recent (last 5 financial years) Import documents (LC/Invoice) amounting Tk. At least Taka 10.00 Lakh to be submitted with the tender. (vii) Full technical information, manufacturers name, model no. brand name, country of origin etc.(viii) Original manufacturers Authorization letter. ix) Local agent Authorization letter (viii) A certificated of at least two years assistance regarding Maintenance and repairs after the expiry of warranty period.
